The Junior 135 cutting tool can cut foam up to 135 cm (53 inches) in width. The tool is extremely light weight and perfect for the 'light' user. All cuts are possible and the process is very easy: Depending on the specifications of the cut, the hole punched tracks are attached to the foam with nails. These tracks serve as guides. The heated wire of the cutting arm is then moved along the tracks to make the cut. This process can be performed on a table top, the floor, or leaned against a wall. The cutting arm can be used to create any shape of cut when used with custom guide tracks.
